"I could tell I lost my alternator right down the street and was so grateful this shop was right there. He is a hometown repair shop just like thebm one I use at home. They were able to confirm it was the alternator and replaced my battery quickly so I could continue down the road. He has ordered the replacement alternator and will replace it on my way home Monday.

On Monday I confirmed he had received the alternator. He did so I headed that direction. They were able to make the replacement in shorter time than estimated. Such kind and considerate group of younge men"

"Ac went out on wednesday. Found Anchor Automotive on thursday and put the truck in the shop. The compressor had broken apart internally and damaged the whole system. We have a trip to the coast on monday and John assured us the truck would be fixed by then. Just picked the truck up today and its working great! I cant praise this guy and his crew enough. Once they diagnosed my  vehicles they were very reasonable priced on all of the issues and performed excellent service in a very timely matter. Even having parts sourced out from multiple vendors. Communication was great and they were very knowledgeable. They may be a small business but they performed like a corporate shop."
