Our approach

Hometown service with modern diagnostics.

Anchor Automotive is a locally owned, family-operated shop serving Springtown and surrounding Parker County communities. John Holency and the team built the business around a simple standard: verify the concern, explain the evidence, and give the customer a responsible repair plan.

John brings ASE, GM Master, and Ford-certified experience to the shop. The team works on gas and diesel daily drivers, family SUVs, work trucks, towing vehicles, and business fleets. Professional testing equipment, digital vehicle inspections, and careful workmanship support direct, understandable communication.

Meet the owners

John and Sarah Holency

Anchor Automotive is a family-owned shop built around a practical idea: customers should understand what was tested, what was found, what remains uncertain and what work they are authorizing. John Holency brings ASE-certified, GM Master-certified and Ford-certified experience to that conversation. Sarah Holency shares ownership of the business. The shop serves neighbors in Springtown and surrounding communities from its location on North FM 51.

The process starts with a reported symptom, service history and a plan to reproduce the concern when possible. Technicians use inspections and targeted measurements before recommending parts. Digital vehicle inspection photos and notes help the customer compare what needs attention now with what can be monitored or planned for later. Major repairs and intermittent faults may need more testing; the team explains the next authorization before expanding the scope.

That approach applies to a family vehicle, a diesel pickup used for towing or a contractor’s work truck. Anchor Automotive supports gas and diesel repair, scheduled maintenance and small fleet service. When a vehicle needs a repair, the estimate should describe the installed work and written coverage for the chosen option. When it needs another provider, the shop should say so clearly.

Our commitment to Parker County is reflected in the work done here: clear communication, careful testing and the chance to ask questions before approving the estimate. Contact the shop or explore our services to decide where to begin.

Warranty approach

Coverage explained before authorization.

Standard repairs: parts and labor are covered for two years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, under normal driving conditions. Extreme hauling or performance use requires manager approval. Low annual mileage does not extend the two-year limit; seals and bushings can age with time and weather.

Used engines and transmissions: the selected vendor’s actual parts-and-labor coverage, limits, and exclusions appear on the estimate and invoice. Remanufactured units: the selected vendor’s time, mileage, parts, and labor terms appear on the estimate and invoice. Most in-house rebuilds carry two years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, but the actual rebuild terms and exceptions must be shown on that estimate.

Review the applicable written coverage and claim instructions before approval. No blanket used-unit or remanufactured-unit term applies to every supplier.
