Local help with covered repairs

Bring your coverage. We’ll help with the next step.

Anchor Automotive works with extended warranty and vehicle service contract claims for mechanical repairs within our shop’s capabilities. Our ASE-certified technician experience, GM Master-certified experience and Ford-certified experience support the same approach we use on every vehicle: confirm the fault, explain the estimate and repair only after approval.

A plan bought at a dealership may still allow independent repair. Your exact agreement controls the repair location, covered components, deductible, labor allowance and payment process. Call before authorizing repairs.

Clear steps before repairs

How we help with your claim.

01

Check the contract

Share your coverage information. We confirm repair-facility eligibility, the claims contact and any repair-location requirements before work is arranged.

02

Authorize diagnosis

We explain the testing and its cost. Additional testing or disassembly needs separate authorization. Diagnosis documents the cause and supports the estimate.

03

Request approval

We send the findings and estimate to the administrator. Covered repairs begin after required claim approval and your authorization of any customer-paid charges.

04

Repair and verify

We complete the authorized repair and recheck the concern. We explain the invoice, deductible, uncovered charges and the approved payment arrangement.

Existing shop diagnostic offer

$99.99 initial diagnosis.
Waived with an approved repair estimate.

The initial diagnostic evaluation covers one hour of testing for one concern. That initial $99.99 fee is waived when you approve our repair estimate. Additional concerns, testing or disassembly require a separate explanation and authorization.

Your plan may have its own diagnostic coverage and approval requirements. We confirm the administrator’s decision and any customer responsibility before proceeding. A diagnostic appointment does not guarantee claim approval.

Mechanical repairs at our shop

Diagnosis for the systems your plan may cover.

Coverage depends on the failed component, cause, maintenance history and your contract. Scheduled maintenance, wear items and pre-existing conditions may be excluded.

For a vehicle that will not run or cannot be driven safely, ask about towing to the shop. Transportation availability and charges are confirmed separately; reimbursement depends on your contract.

Do I have to take my vehicle to the dealer for extended warranty repairs?

Many vehicle service contracts allow an independent repair shop. Some plans have repair-location restrictions or different deductibles. Call Anchor Automotive with your contract before scheduling so we can confirm eligibility with the administrator. Factory warranty repairs, recalls and dealer-only plans may require a dealership.

Does Anchor Automotive work with extended warranty claims?

Yes. We help with diagnosis, estimates, documentation and communication with vehicle service contract administrators for repairs within our shop’s capabilities. Your administrator must confirm the repair facility and authorize the covered work under your individual contract.

What should I bring to my warranty repair appointment?

Bring your contract or coverage card, contract number, administrator’s claims contact, vehicle information, current mileage and available maintenance records. Tell us about symptoms, warning lights and previous repairs.

Is diagnosis automatically covered by my plan?

No. Diagnostic testing, teardown and repairs require the appropriate authorization. Our initial diagnostic evaluation is $99.99 for one hour and one concern; that initial fee is waived when you approve our repair estimate. We confirm any other authorized testing and any customer responsibility before proceeding.

Will I owe a deductible or other charges?

Your contract sets the deductible, limits, exclusions and payment process. You remain responsible for your deductible and authorized charges the administrator does not cover, including any applicable diagnostic, teardown, maintenance or repair costs. We explain your estimate before you approve work.

Is Anchor an in-network or provider-certified shop for every plan?

Facility eligibility and network status must be confirmed with the administrator for your specific contract. Our ASE-certified technician experience is separate from a warranty company’s network enrollment. Provider names on this page identify plans to ask us about; they do not establish sponsorship or provider certification.

What if my extended warranty company is not listed?

Call us with your contract. We can check many other vehicle service contracts as well. Acceptance depends on the administrator, contract terms, payment arrangements and the repair needed.
