Evacuation and recharge	Recover refrigerant, evacuate the system, and recharge with the specified type and measured quantity.	Labor is quoted separately. When this service is required, the original $99.99 check fee is usually waived; your advisor confirms that on the estimate. A recharge does not repair a leak.
Repair	Correct the diagnosed leak, component, electrical, or airflow fault.	Review parts, labor, and any required recharge on the repair estimate.

R134a is $7.23 per ounce; R1234yf is $16.20 per ounce; UV dye is $14.99 extra. These are additional to applicable service labor. We confirm your vehicle’s refrigerant type and total estimate before work begins.

Yes. Anchor Automotive has equipment for both R-134a and R-1234yf A/C systems.

Why does my A/C need leak testing?

Refrigerant does not get used up like fuel. If the charge is low, leak detection helps identify where refrigerant escaped and supports a lasting repair.

Is refrigerant included in every A/C service price?

Refrigerant is measured and billed based on the vehicle and amount required. We explain the service and estimate before work is performed.

Do you repair home air conditioning or heating?

No. We service vehicle air conditioning and heating systems in cars and trucks at our Springtown repair shop. We do not provide home or building HVAC service.
